Its surprising how people react to
oblivious situations… I may be aware as to what things are going around me but
somewhere down the line, I am surrounded by 4 walls, lying down with a book in
my hand. Reading a story about a revolutionist's last days... I just figured out
that I am in a prison.! I could see prison bars in front of me. A constable
outside glaring with a grin. Nothing actually made sense. I had never been to a
prison before, rather I would like to in future. Frankly speaking I had no idea
how I got here...The clock was ticking, my heart was beating fast...I quickly
flipped few last pages in the book to see what was written in it. I could
hardly read as it got blur. I fell asleep! After a while, I regained my consciousness...I
could see hundreds of people sitting in a huge auditorium with there eyes eagerly
staring at me. There was an eerie silence in the humongous auditorium. I stood
on the stage holding a book in my hand. Now it was time for me to think-rethink!
when I saw the book, I realized that i was telling a story of a revolutionist's
last few days in prison. Now i read those last
words… He was dead. His demise hit straight into my heart. I held my last
breath; In a split of a second when I closed and opened my eyes, I was in my
room surrounded by the 4 walls. Holding a book in my hand made sense now...The
few lines which i had written had actually took me so far…-"when death
summons even the monarch should surrender".
